City of Hahira Announces:
 
MARKET DAYS 2010

HAHIRA, GA - The annual farmers' market is back in Downtown Hahira again. Every Saturday in June and July, the City of Hahira will sponsor "Market Days" and invites all local growers to participate in the event by selling their produce, plants, and baked items.  "We look forward to continuing the tradition of market days in Hahira for many years to come, " Mayor Wayne Bullard said of the event.

Each Saturday, the event will be held by the Red Caboose on Main Street from 8 a.m. till 12 noon.  Items sold at last year's "Market Days" range from home-grown organic foods, jams, nursery plants, baked items, and old-fashioned sweet tea. 
 
There is no charge to be a vendor at the market, but all vendors are asked to register with the City of Hahira beforehand.
